Cancellation after 48 hours but before production begins: If your order is canceled after the 48-hour window but before production starts, we can offer a refund minus a 20% processing and administrative fee.
Refunds after production has begun: Unfortunately, once production has started, we cannot offer a refund due to the bespoke nature of the garment.
